Info Mind Solutions serves corporate, government, and international development organizations in their human resource management needs. It provides Ethiopia with a multitude of services including human capital acquisition and training, payroll management, online recruitment, and consultant services.

Beltu
Yusuf Reja has been working with Morrell Agro Industries as a consultant through his company, Info Mind Solutions, since December of 2009. His work is centered mainly in the Beltu area of Ethiopia on the MAI Alyssa farm, where he manages the human resource issues on site.
Info Mind Solutions is the contracting agency that helps to manage the equipment and personnel on the farm. It is part of Yusuf’s responsibility to do the recruitment to find and hire laborers to work on the property clearing land and planting, harvesting, and cleaning seed. He also manages their compensation and benefits.
Yusuf works closely with Alan Baum and Wes Haws at the Alyssa farm. According to Yusuf, the progress on the farm is going quite well. He said, “We’re very excited to be part of this dynamic project. Morrell is making a big difference, and we’re all excited about this project.”
