Miesa Barsa, Project Director, Community Development

Miesa has extensive experience in community development and farmers’ cooperatives. He served in the Ministry of Agriculture in the capacity of Awraja Cooperatives Head in Genale-Dodola, as Awraja Administrator in Dello, Woreda Administrator in Siraro Woreda, and Import Supplies Expert and Coffee Quality Control Expert in Herero Woreda. He was also a Woreda Representative of Siraro Woreda and State Farm Agricultural Foreman in Herero Woreda of the Oromia region. He has 27 years of experience in various administration and management capacities. He is trained in various areas and has a diploma in Human Resource Management from the Public Service College of Oromia.
