Mr. Shill has served as Chief Operating Officer of Morrell Agro Industries since September 2010. Prior to joining MAI, he was the Founder and President of Agilite LLC, a software development company focused on healthcare management solutions. Prior to this, Mr. Shill served as COO of The Event Source, a government contractor in Iraq owned by Paul Morrell, President of MAI. Previously, Mr. Shill held various executive-level positions at TenFold Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed enterprise software development company, including Vice President of Applications Development, Vice President of Product Marketing, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Shill was a founder of TenFold’s wholly-owned insurance software subsidiary, which grew from $0 to $45 million in annual revenue in three years. Before joining TenFold, Mr. Shill was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Shill holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University.
